PRODUCTION TIME

All items are handmade by one person, thus production times are subject to change. Orders ship from southern California, so the items destination will determine time in transit.

The current production time for orders before shipment is typically one to two weeks. Sometimes sooner, but this is subject to change. Most individual listings will typically have more information about their specific production time frame.

If you are getting more than one item in an order and they have different production times, the order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically sent via USPS First Class, and currently ship to the United States.

Orders placed outside of the United States is completed on a case by case basis. If you are located in another country and looking to order, please contact me via email to discuss options.

Double Check Your Mailing Info

Orders are sent to the address provided. If an order is returned due to a wrong address, customer will be responsible for additional shipping to resend order.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

All sales are final. Though repairs are possible in most cases if something malfunctions which makes your item(s) not work as intended. Please get in contact at neondragonchains@gmail.com if you encounter any issues with your chainmaille to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay is also accepted.
