PRODUCTION TIME

All items are handmade, and most are made to order unless specified as ready to ship. Current production time for made to order items is typically one to two weeks before shipment. Ready to ship items will ship within two to three business days.

Most individual listings will typically have more information about their specific production time frame. Feel free to reach out if you need your item(s) by a certain date.

If you are getting more than one item in an order and they have different production times, the order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from southern California, and are typically sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Currently, shipping is limited to within the United States with a current shipping price of $5.75 (subject to change).

Outside of the United States, orders are shipped on a case by case basis. If you are located in another country and looking to order, please contact me via email to discuss options.

Double Check Your Mailing Info

Orders are sent to the address provided. If an order is returned due to a wrong address, customer will be responsible for additional shipping to resend order.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

Though all sales are final, repairs are possible if something arrives defective or breaks during normal use.

Please get in contact at neondragonchains@gmail.com if you encounter any issues with your chainmaille. Repairs are typically free of charge.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay is also accepted.
