the hardware //
Designed to be slender yet sturdy, all the metal components of this glasses chain are stainless steel. This includes the hex nuts and the chains linking them together. These chains are are made with individual rings which are woven together with a 2 by 2 chainmaille weave.

On each end of the chain is a small lobster claw clasp, which hooks onto a clear silicone connector. This makes it easier to replace the connectors if ever needed, and even allows this chain to double as a necklace.

The length from end to end of the chain (including the steel lobster clasps) is 26 inches. While the clear silicone connectors do add a bit of extra length.
